Le SURFAPOX PAL is an free-solvent, coloured, enhanced fine silica epoxy resin.

Hardener
Le SURFAPOX PAL is a thick, high quality epoxy paint, a genuine mini self-levelling (thickness 500 µ to 1 mm).
M ode of application
Apply a layer of primary adhesion SURFAPRIM AL, 200 to 300 gr/m² depending on the porosity of the surface, on a concrete properly prepared, dry, clean, free of grease, oil and other hydrocarbon. Mix both components with alow speed stirrer to avoid air.

Le SURFAPOX PAL is naturally smooth and glossy, the aspect can be modified with the following addenda:
Anti skid:
By quartz spray or corundim of various grades
By applying a layer of resin SURFAPOX THIXO with "orange peel" aspect
Decorative:
Mottled :
Spraying of fine flakes or quartzcolour on the surface, then a colorless coating, on fresh resin:
Smooth: SURFAPOX FL resin
"Orange peel": SURFAPOX THIXO resin
Flakes:
On fresh resin, spray medium-sized coloured flakes more or less thick. After drying, suck from non-sticky flakes then apply on or more layers of colourless coating.

Fluctuations and density of powdering, choice of colours offer a large range of aspects allowing a customized floor.
H ealth and safety
Keep packaging tightly closed
Store in a well-ventilated place
Take the normal precautions for handling a chemical
Epoxy resin: may have a sensitising effect on the body
Special hardener: dangerous compound (Aliphatic Polyamine)
Wear gloves and goggles during application
Do not eat, drink or smoke during application
Avoid inhalation of fumes
