For these surfaces, our prefabricated slabs prevent from approximative finishings on the edges and angles. Depending on the required appearance, ours slabs can be overlaid with the following products:

Our slabs are designed in our workshop according to our techniques of constructions and cut to the suitable dimensions.
Dimensions available:
Slabs thickness 3 cm: from 0.60 m x 0.60 m to 1.20 m x 1.20 m – Weight 51 kg/m²
Slabs thickness 2 cm: from 0.30 m x 0.30 m to 0.60 m x 0.60 m – Weight 40 kg/m²

Our prefabricated slabs are intended to be sealed on the mortar (min. thickness 2 cm). Joints (min. 3mm) for all smoothed, floated, sheep skin or bush hammered slabs are recommanded.
Slabs with sanded finishing might be installed without joints. Order and install them in a lower finishing then the one aimed to allow a final sanding in situ after the laying:
Slabs for a rough finishing, order smoothed slabs
Slabs for a soft finishing, order rough slabs
Slabs for a gloss finishing, order soft slabs
Then, 48 hours after the last sanding, apply 2 coats of SURFANET E ou R.
Apply one pore-sealing layer after the joints drying for slabs installed with visible joints.
All our slabs are delivered with a tinted ground joint filler and the recommanded quantity of pore-sealing for applying 1 to 2 layers according to the selected finishing.
The prefabricated slabs may be implemented on bars (sealing protection, technical flloring). In such a case, they have to be sized and ironed according to the Technical Specification.
The slabs may also be used for the frontage covering. In this case, apply them as stone, either sealed or clipped depending on the same stone DTU. Thickness and dimension will change according to the procedure of installation of the DTU.
Rules, standards or DTU in force in the countries of application will be respected in case of no relevant european legislation.
Performances of slabs surface are due to the products coating: SURFAPLAN, SURFAMARBRE, SURFATEK, SURFAZO, SURFASTEEL or ISOXYL.
